We carefully select and ship our flowers at their absolute peak of freshness so you can enjoy them at their best.

We guarantee that our flowers stay fresh for at least 7 days. If they do not meet this promise simply contact us and we will resend your flowers once free of charge.

With the right care many of our customers enjoy their flowers for much longer. Some even tell us their flowers stayed beautiful for 4 to 5 weeks.

Care tips

• Cut the stems at an angle before placing them in water
• Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline
• Use a clean vase filled with lukewarm water and add flower food
• Use our free flower food
• Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and fruit
• Refresh the water every few days
• Cut the stems again at an angle and rinse the vase before refilling
