Return & Refund Policy – Bloomorya
At Bloomorya, we work with fresh, perishable products such as flowers and plants. For this reason, we do not offer a standard return policy.

No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. This applies to all flowers, plants, and related items once they have been delivered.

7-Day Freshness Guarantee
Although returns are not possible, we do offer a 7-day freshness guarantee.

If your flowers or plants arrive damaged, defective, or not fresh, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask you to include clear photos and your order number so we can properly assess the situation and find an appropriate solution.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All items sold by Bloomorya are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Flowers and plants

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items and gift cards


European Union – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, such as flowers and plants. Therefore, the 14-day cooling-off period is not applicable to Bloomorya products.


Refunds
If a claim under our 7-day freshness guarantee is approved, we will offer a suitable solution. This may include a replacement or a (partial) refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
